The collection of ultra-luxury properties provided for sale is located within three towers —  Noura, Amna and Meera united under the name of Residence Collection and included in a single architectural ensemble of a multi-billion Al Habtoor City project in Dubai. Two of the towers have 74 stores each and the third one has 52 floors, while all three towers have a gorgeous 360 degree view of the Dubai skyline. In total, as imexre.com has found out, the complex will have more than 1,000 residential units with exclusive access to a completely unique infrastructure at the territory, such as the UAE’s largest pool deck with an area of 35,000 sq f, a fitness center with a private club and yoga studio, tennis academy with a large indoor air-conditioned court. Additionally, the complex will also have medical clinic, a nursery and a supermarket.
The Ultimate Collection of properties (the bestest of the best exclusive ultra-luxury units collection) includes 12 penthouses, three of which will occupy four floors, for which a separate entertainment area will be provided at the top two floors of the tower.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, chairman of the Al Habtoor Group also noted: "Homeowners are buying something tangible, they are not buying sand. They can already see the three residential blocks taking shape on the Dubai skyline. We have already reached nearly 50 floors.”
In general, Al Habtoor City is about to become a new center of the Dubai’s modern city part. It will include three ultra-luxurious residential towers, three five-star hotels, a permanent Las Vegas-style water-based theatre production by Dragone, and an number of shops and cafes, as well as a boulevard, marina promenade, tennis academy and landscaped parks.
