Third year’s quarter of 2017 has brought the highest villa transactions number in the secondary market, with 71 per cent of deals registered in the Emirates Living area. Villa sales transaction at Emirates Hills alone amounted to AED 107 million.

According to Luxhabitat, a 22,780 sq. ft. Emirates Hills villa was sold for AED95 million. It was the priciest villa sales transaction registered in Dubai in Q3. The second position in this rating was occupied by a 19,982-sq-ft villa, also in Emirates Hills, purchased for AED60 million, followed by two smaller Palm Jumeirah estates measuring just over 7,200 sq ft each sold for AED27.5 million and AED22.5 million, respectively, according to official data revealed by Dubai Land Department (DLD) at the end of last year. The last spot on the Top-5 priciest villas sold in Q3 2017 rating also went to a 10,588-sq-ft unit at Emirates Hills, that was sold for AED20 million.
