Cityscape Global starts next week in Dubai
Next Tuesday September 8 Dubai will host Cityscape Global, the biggest Middle East real estate property trade show.

Cityscape Global is considered to be a sort of a testing system for the real estate sector not only in Dubai, but also in the United Arab Emirates as a whole. And this year's figures demonstrate overall market stabilization despite the recent decline in sales volumes and prices. It is expected that the show will be the largest since its launch.

300 companies from 30 countries and more than 50,000 delegates are set to attend the show. Show organizer Informa Exhibitions reported that the main exhibition area and the number of pavilions this year will be increased at least by 30%, which, actually, shows global investors’ continued confidence in the UAE real estate market. Two new exhibition halls will be added to the main exhibition hall. Cityscape Global will be hosted with the active support of the Dubai Government and the Dubai Land Department. Also, all of the key market players in the Dubai’s real estate industry such as Emaar Properties, Dubai Properties and Nakheel, will return to the exhibition this year to present their new developments.
