Danube Properties awarded a contract to build Glitz 1 and 2
Dubai developer Danube Properties has moved to the active phase of construction in the Glitz 1 and 2 residential complex in Dubai and selected a general contractor.

After completing the excavation and shoring works at the site for the construction of a new residential complex Glitz 1 and 2 in Dubai, Danube Properties moved to construction phase and chose Naresco General Contracting (NARESCO) as a general contractor.

The residential complex, which will soon be created in the Dubai Studio City free zone, will include 300 luxury property units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments in two separate residential areas Glitz 1 and 2.

The cost of the project will amount to US $ 81.6 million. Several eight-stored apartment buildings will be constructed in each zone, and the apartments’ built-in area ranges from 44.7 to 156.6 square meters.

Each building will be fitted with a swimming pool, a small golf course on the roof, a health club, children's play area and outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities. In addition, Danube Properties is one of the Dubai developers, which recently decided to bet on off-plan property payments programs favorable for buyers, so all the items for sale were sold out soon after the start of sales, and those willing to become a lucky owners of a property in the Glitz complex will have to wait for the third phase of the project.

The developer said in a statement that work on the construction of two zones of the complex is four months ahead of schedule, and in the most busy months over 500 construction workers and experts will be engaged in construction of the project.

Moreover, the third phase of the project, Glitz 3 is expected to be launched in near future: according to Danube Properties, contractor Atlas Foundation Co has already given its consent for accomplishing earthworks at the site and the preparation work there will begin soon.
