By the end of the year, the range of affordable rental offers in Dubai is about to expand again, this time due to the new residential and hotel property lease offerings in Muhaisnah district of Dubai from Dubai developer wasl.
"wasl oasis II has been designed to enhance the lifestyle of mid-income residents by bringing to the area high quality residential units that provide the very best in contemporary urban living," said Zainab Mohammed, CEO Property Management and Marketing, wasl properties.
As part of the first phase of the wasl oasis II real estate project its developer will start constructing seven of 23 residential buildings planned in the development. Potential tenants will be offered 1,244 residential units, including 48 studios, 636 one-bedroom apartments, 432 two-bedroom apartments and 128 three-bedroom apartments.
The rest of the 934 apartments in 16 residential buildings of wasl oasis II is also planned to be brought to the market soon, in the first quarter of 2016.
