Jumeirah Beach Residence neighborhood (also known under its abbreviated name as JBR) is a residential community stretching for 1.7 km along the coast of Arabian Gulf in Dubai. JBR is a 2 square km subarea within a larger territorial unit and the most popular Dubai area of ​​Dubai Marina.

If Dubai Marina is regarded as the center of Dubai, then JBR is its heart and core.
