Bahar is one of 6 new modern residential clusters located in the prestigious Dubai’s area JBR, close to all major central Dubai attractions. It includes 7 residential buildings up to 46 storeys in height.

Location and Attractions
Jumeirah Beach Residence area is an excellent choice for those who prefer relaxation, but don’t want to stay too far from the city's central attractions. While shopping and walking lovers will appreciate the proximity of such locations as the Galleria shopping center and the Burj Khalifa (19 km), the Mall Of The Emirates (8 km) and Dubai’s most authentic and beautiful Ibn Battuta Mall, located just 4 km from the Bahar complex. Al Maktoum International Airport is also located just 21 km away from here.
The Marina Walk and The Walk JBR promenades, the unique Skydive Dubai sky club, the Montgomerie and Emirates golf clubs are all situated within walking distance from the Bahar residences; and soon the world's tallest Ferris wheel, a 210-meter Ain Dubai will start going round just in front of the complex on the Bluewaters Island.
