The Berton residential project is located in Al Furjan, in the so-called "growth corridor" of the New Dubai.

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has contracted AED50 million (US$13.6 million) to Prestige Constructions bureau for the construction of a new Berton residential complex in the Al Furjan area of Dubai.

The convenient location near Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and the new Expo 2020 Route metro line provides Berton with easy and convenient connection to all of Dubai's main attractions, including Dubai Marina and JBR among other major entertainment, retail and most interesting places, points and communities to visit in the city.
