Aykon City Tower

The Aykon City residential complex is an exclusive project comprising of two separate communities - Aykon City East and Aykon City West. It is located along Dubai's main transport artery - Sheikh Zayed Road, in the Business Bay area. The project was developed by the architectural company ACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants, and implemented by reputed developer DAMAC Properties.

Aykon City is conveniently located in Business Bay, close to Safa Park. Aykon City East consists of four towers (Tower A, Tower B, Tower C, Tower D) located in the eastern part of the complex. Construction began in 2016 and the block was completed by the end of 2021.
