City Walk is a mixed-use district by developer Meraas Holding.
Amenities will include a basketball half-court, a children's nursery, a dog park, an events area, games tables, a kids' play area, multi-use games and sports lawns, outdoor barbecue areas, picnic pavilions, a running track, a spa and sauna, sports facilities and a water playground.
Central Park at City Walk spans an area of 46,600 square metres and comprises 14 buildings across 10 distinct projects.
The first projects: Celadon, Viridian and Myrtle, were launched in 2022 with the remaining projects still to come. Overall the project will be rolled out over nine time-released phases.
The developer, Dubai Holding Real Estate, wanted to offer residents as much green space as possible within the denser urban environment of Al Wasl district. When Central Park is complete, parks and green areas will constitute 30% of the City Walk community.
The apartments overlook the park and have been designed in a contemporary style, with light colours and high-end materials.
Central Park at City Walk will also be just two minutes away from City Walk’s retail complex and the 17,000 capacity Dubai Arena.
The park will be car-free and pedestrian-friendly.
